Good place to work as a internal employee.

Dislikes

Not to join as a external. Knowledge is not share to external employees. They have their own tools, which is not know to outsider. So doesn’t add weightage outside. They don’t have projects. No work life balance as external. Lot of pressure to just to meet deadlines(impossible timeline) never concerned about quality.

It's a great experience to work here. Seniors are very friendly they will help you a lot if you join here as a fresher. Perfect work life balance. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
