The scope to grow within the organisation is low. Promotions are unheard of even after showing good performance. Many people stay in the same level for many years. Except for the last 2 years, the salary hikes have been below standards.

Working at bosch is good only if you are at Area Manager level because below it you will always be an off role employ, and you will always be tensed and stressed for reimbursement.
