Talking about career growth, it's very good and work culture also very nice . Manager and team leads are very friendly. As I joined Bosch through the consultants there is contract period other wise Bosch is a nice place to work and specifically if I say about women it's very comfortable to work and job timings also.

Dislikes

Bosch should hire permanent employees instead of contract. Not giving fee free transportation. charging 2000 per month
