Everything depends on the department that you're put in and this is purely based on management decision . Company is very good for Electronics and Communication Engineers as their key topic is automotive and embedded systems. There are two domains , Engineering and Business Solutions . Engineering domain is very good as it mainly deals product development . Coming to Business solutions , delas mainly with IT services and those who like SAP domain will enjoy it. But most of the new trending technologies are used in Engineering domain .Computer Science fresher's are usually put in Business solutions and I didn't like SAP domain . Apart from this Job security is very good . But my recommendation is that there are many new trending technologies try to work in all those, just don't go behind the Brand name....Read More

Appraisal is very less . Depends everything on your manager and work environment also depends on your teammates . Wherever you go, politics will be there and as I said everything depends on your luck. If you don't like it just quit. Career growth is also very low

Working with Bosch was great, you are provided a freedom to do the work as you want, good work life balance. Team is always encouraging, lot to learn, new tools, new technologies. Few politics is there in the team but it is negligible.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is very less. I wanted to continue to work in Bosch the only reason i left was salary. Money wise bosch is very harsh.

It was always exciting to work. If i get an appropriate salary i would to join again. Work wise i was always satisfied.
