1. Job security. 2. Good compensation and above average increments. 3. Free snacks.

1. Old technology stack. 2. Similar kind of work across different projects. 3. Annual increments were extremely good before the pandemic. It was comparable to reputed product companies. But after the pandemic , the increment rates plummeted. There were salary deductions which is acceptable to some extent due to the pandemic. 4. Lack of proper communication between the board and the employees. Too much ambiguity in communication. 5. Salary gets credited late.
