I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Nothing is to like in BorgWarner udyog vihar. Worst culture i have seen in my carrier.There is no team work. There is a other department interference. There is so much dirty politics. And production manager is not respecting the worker.
