the Management is pathetic. no employee concern is there. no tranparency. total showoff by the managemnt its not a peoples company its only higher employer company. no increments on time, various if and buts, no freedom of action in all, very least incentives. shows you they are your friend but are not for 1000%. do join if you are in great need otherwise save yourself.

Literally nothing. I would not recommend you to join this organization even if you're in need. Find something else. Do not waste your years.

Dislikes

Everything. Zero job security, lays off people at the time of increments without giving a reason or considering the performances. Only believes in taking the money, doesnt even listen when it comes to giving. What matters here is how well you gossip with the management and carry a happy face around them, only then youre safe in thiscompany but then youll be one of those. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
