Even though my contract says Hybrid model, my manager lets me work from home. Though there is sometimes a pressure on the whole team that they need to join office for few weeks.

The Programming Managers (PM) are actually just Post Man from client end to the internal team and they undermine there fellow internal team co-workers and there is no growth in this company. Especially in my domain, there is scope but no proper execution is being made and we are expected to do

I like how the company takes care of it's employees, they provide good food and also one way cab facilities and they are not cut from our salary

Huge work load
