Border Security Force is recognized as one of the elite force within CAPF. I personally suggest to new comers not to join force as job or employment but do have some inner filling to work for nation. Be determined to work hard in any adverse condition. Every one gets ample of opportunities for excel their professional life but one should know when and how to grab it.

Be mentally prepared to sacrifice for nation and to overcome problems family life .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
