The work culture is a major issue. The peers are not normal, you feel the toxic environment and poor mentality peers degrade your office time. Leadership issues exist too. Fraud. As per offer letter there was not mentioned for notice period serve option. After 6 month company didnt provide internship certificate. Only April month stipend slip received. From june suddenly stopped stipend. At the time of leaving resignation letter was submitted but marked as absconding. Stipend not given, no paper given, marked absconding.
