What is the point to have a good salary but full of toxic environment.there is no job security. They just send employees out of the company without any notice period.

Worst GBS RTR team. Company should check the background of leaders before hiring. terminated from prior company on POSH case. Too hostile work environment. Regional disparity, south people are treated very very badly. Worst culture. Be ready to loose self respect. HR team are puppets and are not strong.

Very laid in technology. No one is sure how to apply new skills in the company favour. Fintech director is India doesnt care , if the deliveries are met or not and one fine day will put pressure. Location - who in their sane mind opens their offices in RMZ Eco world!!! Sr Management - Too much infighting, no clarity on what they want to achieve and why. Top Management - No vision! Feels like they are the king and this company is their kingdom! Hiring - Wrong hires for the positions at every level. Culture - what culture! They have an initiative called BYOT (Build your own tribe), which essentially means, get people from your old organization and build the culture of old organization. The top management is literally driving such practices. Career - Own your career, we won't do anything for you to grow, literally! Perfromance appraisals are a joke. Favouritism galore! HR is responsible for driving a lot of these items in any organization, but here, HR is completely toothless. They can't oppose the top management. Feedback given to the management is frowned upon. Bunch of wisecrackers in the US and India are managing this org. Every small thing is measured on cost. In summary, nothing there to like.
