I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. The best organization to work with, the MD Mr. Jain is a person who gives full opportunity to the people, irrespective one has experience of it or not, it all depends on you how you grab it. There is full freedom of working and taking the decisions related to your work. There are lot many people who have re joined the organization as just because of the work culture they provide.

Its very terrible & pressure and there is no job security, u can be thrown out at any time being pvt company and there is no growth at all.
