I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company, no job security and no culture of encouraging employees talent, totally there are into making money no ethical values

No job security, it's a family company, totally money minded, they always wanted money but no employees & ground staff welfare, this company don't pay gratuity to staff they make staff to resign within 4 years and join them after 15 days with new employee id number, no culture of encouraging staff & employees talent, worst company.

Un organised company.Every time stressful situations to work with this company. They never give compansation of extra duty or Holiday/National Holiday duties. They didn't provide even salary slip to any employee. Deduction of huge hidden charges from his employees salary. You imagine how is this company 🤔. Company management behaviour in respect of employees is worst.
