While working colleague and subordinates support is best. Project and new learning in this company made me too confident.

Growth is too slow, During appraisal, there is no faith on the employee, always forced to follow the procedures which is not acceptable, forcefully asked to accept. After leaving job old employees are taken in granted....

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
