Got enough Opportunities to learn and grow technically and professionally. Some assignments really tested my knowledge, professional skills, leadership qualities. Felt like, Iam grown as a person as well in profession. I should thank all my colleagues and counter parts who influenced me. I liked flexible working hours policy and made.best out of it. I should mention this, I was very much supported by my leadership team when my second kid was born with health complications and was admitted in NICU for a month. Dislikes

Knowing it is unavoidable for an organization which was transforming inline with business situations and Iam not impacted, I did not like frequent changes in leadership team.

Work Details

It was challenging at times but gave opportunities to learn. I could met some great colleagues and learn from them.
