The business manager was very honest and direct, not misleading in any way, even conducting inductions before interviews. HR miraya was also super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Dislikes

Salary structure is a profit based.

Very good company atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Very different from usual toxic corporate office environment. Good opportunities for quickly promoting as promotions are based on performance solely and not on experience or anything else.

Dislikes

Absolutely poor work life balance. You only get Mondays off and even on that one day they still have some office meeting which take up the whole day sometimes. And no holiday compensation for it + there are no holidays at all. You work on every bank holiday no exception. Apart from salary and competitive incentives there is no travel compensation everything comes out of your pocket.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
