Micro management. Over intereference from management in each & everything. No job security. They can ask employees to resign at any time without any specific reason, no matter how well you sincere & disciplined about your work.No matter your performance ,irrespective of that they can ask you to put resign at any time. & if anyone really wants to join this company then be ready to loose & sacrifice your mental peace. I worked here for 5 months from Jan 24 to mid of June 24.In this 5 months I obsereved their is no appreciation or encouragement for good work but the management will pressurize you without specifying the need or expectations of the project & they are doing this things for their own benefit. Really very toxic workplace....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
