Boeing is awesome place to work as they help employees to have worklife balance and also help employees to learn and grow up the ladder. Awesome place to partner with for long term work, they care for their employees in all aspects.

Dislikes

Need to create career map for each employee to help and guide their growth, international relocation is not available hence need to consider effective employees should have international relocation.

Boeing was a good company with a good culture. They were recognizing individual achievements and appreciating people for their work. The one thing is that they encourage people to participate in organizational events and give Pride points/dollars for their achievements and participation. The senior managers now are very lethargic as they are now leaving everything on their managers whether they are right or wrong. They were speaking with the employees before either in team meetings or in one-on-one. But are now not willing to as they believe it is waste of time no matter what you achieve or what you need from them.The managers are also not very keen on fostering and facilitating teams as per their needs for work but are only concerned about the results. They have favoritism and favors whom they like regardless of work achievements and credibility. They are not focused on the individual performance and achievements but what gives the managers a good impression with their managers. Nothing now is as it was in 2019, 2020, 2021! Everything has changed but the change is disastrous! The saying is true that your company will recognize you and pay for you but you will leave because of the manager and not because of the company! Few managers have made Boeing look like a start up not even CMMI level 2!!!! The sad part is that even though you tell their higher manager, they believe their manager than the person working at the ground level even though they know what the employee is talking about.
