Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Salary levels are generally okay.

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional environment. Leadership is highly autocratic in nature. Language used even with officer grade people like us is abusive and worst. Not at all a good place for working if you are working in Supply Chain, Production in this company. No systems are in place. Bobst as a group is good. But indian counterpart has lot of management issues.
