Most important job security... which everyone's need I.e there. Apart from that diversify works mens if u yiu are not wing to carry on in your current role u can move any department as per your wish. Flexible work hrs - would also depend on manager. Food Subsidy Office is very clean and well maintained

HR is usless. They only support management. Manager is very disrespectful to employees. treat the Indian employees as second class citizens. They do not value employees who have been with the company for long they would rather hire someone who had less experience give higher designation but not promote existing employees.
