Some people follow their own rule and nobody cares for it. Manager creates such a situation that employee should resign otherwise company is quite good

Nothing I liked about this firm. Only thing is they have good facilities like food voucher , bus service but if you are not satisfied with your work these things don't matter

Work culture is the worst at least the team I was into. Late sitting without any reason The work for our team had not come still we had late sitting . I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
