Unprofessional people with higher attitudes. The work culture is toxic because of the management. They always look for backups and replacements for their employees.

Dislikes

Poor management, micromanagement, if someone's resigned no salaries for them as per company laws. No leaves policy for public and regional holidays. Totally Sh**ty company with a #dubai tag

The work atmosphere and the management. It is very clear what is expected from me and my job. The reporting system is also good and allows us to do our job with minimal interference. I am happy the company has confirmed my job.

Dislikes

Some times we have pressure of work and need to work longer hours to complete month ending as deadlines are strict. But company offers snacks and compensates when work load is less. The previous accounting team did very poor job in maintaining the books which we need to now clean up so pressure is high

We got to travel to Dubai every 4 months. During our dubai trips we stayed in nice locations and the company arranged many fun things for us to do. We did a dessert safari, Burj khalifa tour, dhow cruise, hot air balloon, visit to dubai parks and Bollywood park- along with dinner and drinks at the CEO house. They treated us like family

Dislikes

I wanted to transfer to dubai office but the position was not open. I had to leave as moved to my home town as my mother was sick. I would go back and work any day

I am working with a holiday home company for the first time and that too after a sebaticle-been a hotelier through out and I should say I have been really enjoying my time spent here so far. My team is amazing to work with and there is flexibility and respect for Women which I personally love the most about working here. I would love to keep learning and growing with the company :)
