One of the most glaring issues is the lack of benefits for those who consistently work around the clock. It seems that dedication and hard work are not recognized or rewarded in any meaningful way. In contrast, employees who contribute little to the company’s success receive regular salary hikes—sometimes two or three times a year. This disparity creates a toxic work environment where motivation dwindles, and morale plummets. The HR department appears to be deeply entrenched in office politics, prioritizing favoritism over fair practices. Promotions and raises seem to be granted based on relationships rather than performance. This has left many hardworking employees feeling undervalued and disillusioned.
