One of the most glaring issues is the lack of benefits for those who consistently work around the clock. It seems that dedication and hard work are not recognized or rewarded in any meaningful way. In contrast, employees who contribute little to the company’s success receive regular salary hikes—sometimes two or three times a year. This disparity creates a toxic work environment where motivation dwindles, and morale plummets. The HR department appears to be deeply entrenched in office politics, prioritizing favoritism over fair practices. Promotions and raises seem to be granted based on relationships rather than performance. This has left many hardworking employees feeling undervalued and disillusioned. When you see colleagues who barely contribute thriving while you’re left without recognition, it’s disheartening. Furthermore, the lack of transparency in HR policies exacerbates the situation. Employees are often left in the dark about how decisions are made regarding raises and promotions. Friendly behavior from every employees expect HR.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad, with no systematic processes and a toxic environment. The management is poor, and HR department is extremely unprofessional. HR representative Priyanka Das is most toxic employee in BMW Industries. She continuously manipulates senior HR personnel to interfere with every employees. The senior also have an ego problem and behave in the same way towards employees. There is partiality in every task and specially during increment time. I advice you not to there....Read More
