In contrast, employees who contribute little to the company’s success receive regular salary hikes—sometimes two or three times a year. This disparity creates a toxic work environment where motivation dwindles, and morale plummets. The HR department appears to be deeply entrenched in office politics, prioritizing favoritism over fair practices. Promotions and raises seem to be granted based on relationships rather than performance. This has left many hardworking employees feeling undervalued and disillusioned. The Company is so messed up that you will get to learn while cleaning the mess, else there is nothing to like about this place

Pathetic work culture, seniors will never take your stand and always put you in danger, the CFO of the organisation is disgusting and has no cultural values, slang words are often used while communicating, consultants are God here even if they are wrong, work life balance is zero as there is no mental peace in the organisation, will never suggest working for this organisation.
