Company is good, other employees are also good but hr manager worst. She is operation head also. Left job because of her only.

Hr manager/ operation head eating company and other employees job. These type of person never let company grow.

Teammates pressurized freshers and very rude. Training depended on ones willing. Job security very poor. Career growth is not possible, if you work within Blueprint. The Blueprint deduct some part from ones salary as security. Office based job. Travel within company is enjoyable. One become part of company's politics. Working place is silent.

I didnot get appointment letter even after asking many a times on mail. I worked there for more than 6 months.

Project incharge for digital e-book of various subjects such as moral values book, science, etc. Content editor, Proof reader, Framing questions for digital like test generator. Give instructions to vendors telephonically on animations( topic based).

There is some scope of creativity but limited to the whims and fancies of your manager. They will appreciate you in the first moment and shout in the second. Favouritism is their forte and they stand by it come what may. You will not succeed if you do not have the skills of buttering up your manager and dealing with some physic colleagues. Some of the colleagues are always nice and even one psycho is enough to ruin the whole company environment. Compensation is good but be ready to be sacked at the drop of a hat. All Saturdays are off yet you will find yourself working on all saturdays and even when it is an off, you are expected to work from home like homework in school and show it on Monday....Read More
