Hi my career started there in Blueberry IT solutions. Am the first batch in that organisation but we done hardwork.while am working there LK sir and Puneeth sir there supported everyone. But after six months regarding salary issue we faced. So many left from this reason only. But becoz of CEO we were there.after that salary issue I came out. We came 5 months from there but till now they are not give sal that month. My family depends on me, my dad old and brother died. They were not understanding. We worked there very hard. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
