The company is good for freshers who can handle terrible pressure without bothering about decent pay, work-life balance, favoritism, biasedness, less knowledgeable seniors, and managers. Poor review system, where your performance is reviewed by seniors and manager who even does not have proper work-related knowledge. One should have apple polishing and ignorance ability to be there. HR was the most incapable person to manage internal affairs....Read More

No respect for employees, Mangers told us we don't care whether you leave or stay with us. No Job security, good pay, career growth, salary/appraisal, politics, work-life balance. While Covoid we quadrupled our work including sales department work, but no payment was awarded, even no ar rier was given. At the end of year most of us got 500, or 1000 rs. hike....Read More
