The Regional HR Manager of the company in Kolkata was gem of a person. He used to walk extra mile to make things comfortable. I was there in 2018-2019. The national project head of CAD was a father figure for me. He defended me in toughest of my situations. I shall remain thankful to him.

Dislikes

The line managers should work upon providing work life balance to their subordinates. At some level, Matrix type of hierarchy is used, so if an employee is responding to more than one leader then leaders must connect with each other frequently to discuss occupancy of their common resources.

It needs improvement. People take pride in the regressive work culture, which I feel is not appreciated.
