A very immatured approach of the Management. No clear vision. Because of being ownerless organization, there is no proper directives and professional approaches. The company does not know where it would be 5 years down the line. The business is going ahead because of the brand name. Everything are shown absolutely nothing but a hoaxtheory. A beaseless management practices and lack of professionalism. All employee oriented approaches are shown in policy but not in reality. A very non professional organization. Company always give opportunity for growth within the team instead of hiring from outside. Perks and benefits are very good, team work and company always taken care of employees. Company paid COVID bonus in 2 years around Rs 30k and always paid salary on 30th/31st even during COVID.
