Best place to work and grow but forgot about promotion and increment, there is no vacancy space available so no promotion no matter how hard on you work, also people are working in same position for 7 to 10 years then you better understand how good in employee personal development. Else Good place to work grow and earn incentive.

I'm in Hyderabad so they support local more and outsider they don't like it also work culture is pure telgu no professionalism no humanity, no support jst you and your work.

I can't like blue dart. Blue dart didn't give me a chance to present my case

I have worked in blue dart for 8 years but I have been asked to resign by someone I have spoken to GM/HR but they don't believe what the employee is saying. In Blue Dart, the people in the position of manager plan with the MPC staff and arrange to send the termination letter to the BD staff. If such a situation remains in blue dart, all offices will have to do RSP.

Company always give opportunity for growth within the team instead of hiring from outside. Perks and benefits are very good, team work and company always taken care of employees. Company paid COVID bonus in 2 years around Rs 30k and always paid salary on 30th/31st even during COVID.
