Growth is slow here,and yes i do receive appreciation mails from my manager and other seniors and clients too but they mostly go unnoticed during yearly appraisal.i will say a bit of personal favours are also done here.

It is challenging most of the times but i love challenges so do not get irritated of them but few times when your efforts are not appreciated, you feel bad so this is my overall experience here.
