The company is in growth phase and there is ample work opportunity, if willing to explore. Management encourages collaboration and gives employees the room to innovate. I find it to be a challenging enough work environment which gives work satisfaction and flexibility. If you are looking to learn and grow, this is a good place to join.

Dislikes

One challenge is handling the fast changes that come with growth with resourcing and workload. This sometimes makes the processes unorganised and causes confusion.

1. Toxic culture, unprofessional and no work ethics 2.People on higher management role, even with unprofessional behaviour are encouraged by not taking any actions against them. 3. Wrong people hired on managerial level, with no relevant experience and resulting in deals calling off. 4. Micro management, plus impractical expectations. 5. Employees are being treated like factory workers. 6. Even after providing clear feedback about all the shortcomings in the company, nothing is done to improve. 7. Expect to work late nights and weekends regularly. **2. Zero Client Retention Rate:** In the past six months alone, they lost four major clients due to poor management and lackluster service. This has created a highly unstable work environment. **3. Project-Based Hiring:** Employees are hired on a project basis, which results in a lack of job security. Once a project is completed, there's no guarantee of continued employment. **4. Incompetent Managers:** The managerial staff lacks both product knowledge and basic managerial skills. They are unable to guide their teams effectively, leading to chaos and frustration. **5. Micromanagement:** Micromanagement is rampant. Managers treat employees like production machines, devoid of empathy and humanity. The constant oversight stifles creativity and autonomy. **6. HR as a Bouncer:** The HR department acts more like a legally appointed bouncer than a support system for employees. So many changes happening recently. Some employees playing politics every time. Female employees blackmailing manager posh complaint and also other complaints for revenge because they are not get good hike and promotion. Last day also I hear some gossips on floor.
