. It has been good so far. I have really liked the structural composition here, which makes it more streamlined to manage the process . Additionally the pay grade is good. The learning scope is also fine.

I would like to given more decision making control over my team. Sometimes, even trivial aspects need approval from the upper management.

I have been here for about a year, and am loving every part of being a member at BLS. When I came, I had little knowledge of this industry, but with proper learning and skill development, and support from my seniors I have grown to excel in my job profile. The company culture is excellent and everyone supports each other.
