Work life balance is just great here, people are supportive and higher management is understanding & down to earth.

Mr. Gokul Anand we do agree that during your tenure we were not conducting training programs. But now quarterly we do conduct training to improve skills of employees. And all our training programs are customized one like based on current need of the employees.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
