no work life balance, very poor management, worst working environment & people specially in Sales & Marketing has bad attitude & zero skills.

Employer’s Response

On this position we appointed Ankita Hemant Desai & she worked with us for 2 years. Due to her non supportive family environment & responsibilities; it was difficult for her to manage office work. We given her time flexibility also but still she was not able to meet deadlines of customers. No one in Bloom are compromising family time due to work load. All are efficient and able to complete the official task within working hours. 'Work Load' and 'No work life balance' these kind of words are being used by non performers only.
