Human Resource Department is the worst He hire the staff and promises that will promote in 3 months or 6 months after got know that he lied. I was joined as Commi 2 Indian and Had to leave because of the false promises. I request you all please do not join this Bloom Hotel & Management is fraud and Human Resource Department is Also fraud.

I joined this organization as an Assistant. Human Resource Talent Acquisition but had a very disappointing experience. The General Manager HR exhibited unprofessional behavior, making the work environment stressful. I also noticed a troubling pattern where employees were laid off after six months. The management creates excessive pressure and forces employees to resign instead of providing a fair work culture. This practice is unethical and negatively impacts careers.
