Doctors and sisters are good patient management is very good

Dislikes

No respect from every staff other than doctors and sisters, being a doctor there i had to take permissions from gaurds to enter the ICU in which I was working. Absurd and rude behavior from HR, accounts, security, billing,. I was once told to be in line for the patient admission who happens to be my own child and i was the doctor providing treatment to him(i am a pediatrician).

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
