To be very honest, I have not found any dislike here. Here I found an interesting work environment which is one of the best with my perspective. Sometimes, I feel pressure because of achievement of quality metrics.

Technical expert are being judged by there CX scorecard only. They are not supported in there bad time.

Initially, they will give you false hopes related to the company and with time show their true colors.

Dislikes

Irrelevant and unnecessary behavior by seniors, not cooperative at all. Only misbehaving and giving taunts every time. No appreciation ever, only taking out mistakes. No growth here, they will only say to follow Techbook that's it, even after following the same they'll poke you. Most of the MODS are frustrated and show it to the TEs.

I am working here as a freelancer. You get paid for the number of cases you close. You can choose your own work schedule. No one gonna question you a bit until it is a problem for the company. I have been working here for more than 1 year and everything is good so far. Best work culture despite being a BPO job. You can directly reach to the CEO in case of a genuine problem. Toxic environment is avoided. Management simply fires the ones who have egoistic attitude and abusive behavior. You can join it because you can continue other Job along with this for extra money. Career Growth: As a freelancer, it will be a big problem for you. You can join as senior post(Company Payroll) on the company if you want to switch. The best benefit is, it is a permanent WFH job. You can continue from anywhere in India, considering you have a stable internet connection. You can earn money while having a beer in hand in Goa....Read More
