IDBI Intech provides good work life balance environment. The organisation is techno-functional in nature and allows employee to explore their skills in both the domain. Highly recommend for people who want to learn new technologies and banking products. There are highly skilled people from Banking domain working in development of innovative products. The organisation is at developing stage and more dependent on IDBI Bank so increments (salary hike) can be a part of concern. But it also depends on the individual performance as well.
