Culture is pathetic. You can be fired within half an hour if your seniors don't like your work. Work-life balance is pathetic. Not even one weekend or festival is free. There are plenty of points which I disliked - No clarity of KRA and Roles, No regular review of your KRA, No job security, HR department have no authority, No ethics , No compliance to Govt. Rules and regulations, Hire and fire environment, OTT platform language is used in head office even by top management, They will give you ESOP's with one year Vesting and they will start targeting you sooner you come close to it on vesting so that you leave job and go away. Toxic senior leadership. In the name of accountability and setting high bars, people are just being pressured to the brink of breaking down. Job Security is absolutely non existent. Every conversation end with, who is accountable, whose neck in on line, who should be fired for this? Positive feedback look is a rarity, great place for people who work only with negative reinforcement.
