Yaar, last Saturday, I came across this PwC report, and it got me thinking about why people in small towns are still sticking to their local Kirana stores despite Zepto, Blinkit, and all these quick commerce apps booming. 🤔
Turns out, it’s all about trust, personal service, and instant availability. Makes total sense! Speed is cool, but at the end of the day, reliability is what keeps customers coming back. Even big brands are realizing this and trying to mix digital convenience with that old-school trust.
