The help of the counselors, the understanding, patience & friendliness of the office working staff (especially the co-ordinators for the shadow teacher, recruiter & HR).

Dislikes

I dislike that the increment & appraisal is not being based on the number of work hours & experience. Also that the emails take a lot of time to finish is not very convenient.

The enivornment which i work is very suitable.The timings are very flexible our team head is very coperate and help me when i need them.There are appreciation too given to me which is seen less in different companies.
