I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Shit work culture, office politics everywhere. No matter how good you deliver the project, it's never appreciated, in fact, senior management always try to make you feel as if you have done a really bad job so you don't expect any good appraisal. Layoffs due to no money is put on employees sholder that you did not perform well so we are firing you without any prior notice.
