Culture, training, management, and whatnot... They don't provide you with proper training and expect 100% from you. They have the worst culture, even though you put forward your concerns and issues with the senior manager, nothing is going to change and they do favors to only those bootlickers. The HR's are the worst of a kind, theywon't take any action and try to back the managers which doesn't make sense. There is no learning. Pathetic culture, longest shift hours of 9.5hrs in the industry, too much politics, you get peanut in appraisal and promotions are based on favouritism. 3rd party nonsense. Avoid joining this company.

Working with Wipro Blackstone COE is like signing up for crash course in sleep deprivation. The so called "Work Life Balance" is as mythical as unicorn. And don't even get me started on the client and specially VRM - Head. Its like he has a secret manual on how to treat employees like expendable robots.
