Since the management is clueless about what is going on in the internal team, hence one have the privilege of working closely with the teams of different department and learn new things

Clueless management, always want to peep into everybody works but still remain clueless. Company is run by a father and son who themselves are mostly have conflicting suggestions and next steps. The son mostly talk and act like a kid quarreling with his father for toys. Hectic work, no work life balance, thanks to the un-skilled management who although have experience but have learned nothing from their years of experience. Time management, task management and team management is 0(zero) - senior management & VP personnel
