Stuck at my current company

Hello, I'm a data engineer with 4.3 LPA and 3.2 years of total experience working as an Ab initio developer at my present firm. Right now, I really need to switch, but I'm having trouble doing so because I'm not getting enough interviews for Ab initio development. Could someone kindly tell me if learning ab initio alone would help me succeed, if I need to add anything else, if I should alter my designation to ETL DEVELOPER, and what technologies I need to learn for that specific role? I've been stuck on this LPA for the last 2 years.

The tarining team is good and they provide good training. Project assignment depends on the demand

Dislikes

Might take 6 months to 1 year just to assign project. Sometimes they assign to clients but clients don't start the project. There might be risk of not doing hands on work on project for more than 1 year.

Good colleagues. My team members were helpful whenever I encountered issues. The management are very accessible and they supported me a lot. Even though I had to work from office, I had no complaints. They provide free lunch and refreshments.
