We are looking for a motivated Associate Network Engineer to assist in managing and maintaining our IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity, security, and system performance.

Responsibilities:

Network Support: Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and wireless access points to maintain reliable network connectivity.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues related to IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS to ensure seamless operations.

Firewall & Security: Assist in managing FortiGate firewalls, setting up basic rules, and configuring VPNs (IPsec, SSL VPN) for secure remote access.

Identity Management: Create and manage user accounts in Azure Entra ID, ensuring secure authentication and access control.

Endpoint Management: Use Microsoft Intune to enroll and manage devices while enforcing security policies.

Security Monitoring: Monitor and manage endpoint security using Sophos Central to detect and respond to threats.

System Support: Assist in resolving system-related issues and troubleshooting IT infrastructure as needed.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and subnetting.

Familiarity with firewall configurations, VPNs, and access control.

Knowledge of Wi-Fi security standards such as WPA2/WPA3 and 802.1X authentication.

CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge preferred.
