There's 0 professionalism in the company. This is the outcome of hiring people with non corporate backgrounds. This is not the place for disciplined and straight forward people. Leadership team has no leadership qualities. They get involved in small things instead of concentrating on strategic things. They are not transparent, lack of trust & favouritism. No progressive thinking!

I joined BBI as a data analyst trainee & i have learned a lot from the BBI university courses & the mentors. The company has good learning & development policy & support employee to upgrade the skill & get certification. The work culture also good & their team events & free lunches

The only thing is the low salary & lack of transparency in the appraisal process , I hope the management will address these issue soon
