We value our employees’ experiences highly. Regarding your salary hold, full & final settlement is done within a standard period for all employees and this is done as per the company's policy. This is informed to all employees during their induction. Was the 75K, your certification reimbursement and bonus? If employees quit within 1 year of completing the certification, they are asked to refund the certification bonus and reimbursement amount that they received, this information is clearly mentioned before getting the certification approval.
